Phase 1 of STT Fairview 1

Leighton Asia in joint venture with First Balfour, is delivering Phase 1 of the STT Fairview 1, a multi-phase data centre development project in Quezon City, Philippines.

The contract, which covers general construction works including civil, structural, architectural and MEPF works, is for the project’s first phase which has a total capacity of 28 MW. Once all four phases of the project are completed, the data center can offer a development potential of 124 MW of IT load capacity and can cater to the needs of both enterprises and hyperscalers.
