Serendipity Residential Development

Leighton Asia has delivered the Serendipity residential development in Bandra Kurla Complex, a premium business district and financial hub of Mumbai.

Our scope included civil and structural works, MEP, facade, interior finishes, external and landscaping works.

The plot occupied a land area of approximately 4,917 sqm with a Built Up Area of 36,552 sqm (Basement: 9,620 sqm and Superstructure: 26,932 sqm).

The project consisted of two parts:

Sales building with four Basement Parking levels, a Ground Floor Entry level, 20 residential floors with 95 high end apartments and a Roof Level Sky Club with pools, sports and other leisure and entertainment facilities (total height 87.5m above ground level); Built Up Area of approx. 30,138 sqm (Basement: 9,300sqm and Superstructure: 20,838sqm).

Rehab building with one Basement (water tanks and pump rooms), a Ground Entry and Amenities level and 19 Upper floors with 129 residential units (total height 62.45m above ground level); Built Up Area of 6,414 sqm.
