Broad Construction has delivered the new creative industries building at the existing Mansfield State High School for the Department of Education.
The project consisted of a new three-storey creative industries building, as well as student and staff facilities. The new building provides an all-access link between the main school building and the new sports hall to the north of the school oval.
Broad Construction also repositioned the existing sports oval and extended existing stormwater culverts and landscaping works, as part of the scope.
Broad Construction has now been integrated to CPB Contractors. This change has enhanced CPB Contractors building expertise across Western Australia and Queensland, specifically where the majority of Broad's highly experienced delivery teams are now focused on delivering all new building projects under the CPB Contractors brand.
