Broad Construction has been selected by the Honeycombes Property Group and joint venture partner MaxCap Group to deliver Brisbane’s Ferny Grove Central development.
The transit-oriented construction project involves redeveloping the existing Ferny Grove train station commuter car park into a residential, commercial and retail hub, while also providing additional parking spaces for commuter vehicles.
Stage 1 was delivered in August 2023 with Stage 2 set for completion mid-2025.
The Queensland and Australian Governments contributed towards the funding of the additional park ‘n’ ride spaces.
Broad Construction has now been integrated to CPB Contractors. This change has enhanced CPB Contractors building expertise across Western Australia and Queensland, specifically where the majority of Broad's highly experienced delivery teams are now focused on delivering all new building projects under the CPB Contractors brand.
