Parkline Place is one of two over-station developments atop Gadigal Station, both of which have been delivered by CPB Contractors. Late last year, CPB Contractors also completed construction of Sydney CBD’s first purpose-built build-to-rent tower, Indi Sydney, for Investa and Oxford Properties Group.
CPB worked closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure that the building and station function seamlessly and that the new building was safely delivered.
Construction was completed in 2024.
CPB Contractors acknowledged the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation as the traditional and continuing custodians of the lands on which the Sydney CBD Tower was delivered.
