Broad Construction has delivered the Karingal Green Aged Care Facility, comprising 160-beds, a cinema, library, café, hydrotherapy pool, gym and beauty salon all available to residents aged care precinct.
Catering for both high-dependency residents, as well as lower care alternatives, the facility includes a residential wing specifically for the care and lifestyle needs of young disabled residents who currently have limited access to services in the Perth Eastern Metropolitan region.
The project has been specifically designed and planned to minimise the impact on the community by incorporating many traditional building techniques to blend in with the existing residential area.
The relationship, which has developed between senior management of Broad Construction, CPB Contractors and Hall & Prior over recent years, represents the importance each business places on working together and creating positive working environments.
