Broad Construction is pleased to have contributed its building and construction expertise to deliver the upgrade project at Kinross College.
The project included the addition of a student services building to adjoin the existing administration building, a new food science building and the refurbishment of three teaching blocks, as well as an extension and refurbishment to the existing design and technology area of the school.
Broad Construction developed a programme that enabled the school to maintain uninterrupted teaching activities during the works.
Working closely with a selection of quality subcontractors, construction progressed in five separate locations within the school.
Over the course of the project, Broad Construction delivered six separable portions of work and was completed in time for the start of the 2017 school year.
Broad Construction has now been integrated to CPB Contractors. This change has enhanced CPB Contractors building expertise across Western Australia and Queensland, specifically where the majority of Broad's highly experienced delivery teams are now focused on delivering all new building projects under the CPB Contractors brand.
