Quinns Mindarie Community Centre

Broad Construction has successfully completed the Quinns Mindarie Community Centre new build and revitalisation project for the City of Wanneroo in Perth, Western Australia.

The community centre, which is situated opposite Quinns Rocks Beach and co-located with the Quinns Mindarie Surf Life Saving Club, underwent building works including the addition of a second level to incorporate a modern function room, offices and meeting rooms, and a ground floor refurbishment to create a new playgroup facility for local families.

Working with our partner Site Architecture Studio to overcome the design and construction challenges of building within a coastal environment, practical completion was achieved ahead of programme.
