A group of UGL’s female engineers recently attended the Women in Engineering Summit held in Sydney. This event brought together industry leading women at the forefront of engineering to share their experiences and insights and explore innovations and developments that are transforming the profession.
Participants also explored strategies to enhance leadership skills, empowering them to cultivate and mentor resilient future leaders within their organisations. The program was designed for women seeking to strengthen their expertise, advance their careers, and actively contribute to their company’s growth.
Michelle Ho, Principal Engineer for Process Improvements at UGL said, "The event was a fantastic opportunity to transfer knowledge and experience to young engineers, helping to build a sustainable engineering workforce."
