We’re proud to celebrate the 23 graduates of our 2025 Female Leaders Program. Since 2016, UGL has partnered with Xplore for Success to deliver two courses that make a real difference:
- Emerging Female Leaders – empowering women to grow as individuals and future leaders.
- Inspire Senior Female Leaders – equipping senior talent with the tools and networks to succeed at the next level.
These courses reflect our ongoing commitment to gender equality and inclusion, embedded in our Women@UGL diversity pillar and our 2024 Gender Equality Action Plan.
