At UGL, we believe talent comes from all parts of the globe and we try to support people from diverse backgrounds into employment.
Since 2019, UGL has partnered with The Mentor Program (an initiative of City East Community College) which joins highly skilled migrant jobseekers with professionals working in Australia.
Recently, 17 UGL employees volunteered their time to participate in a mock interview event which was hosted by UGL at our Chatswood office in Sydney.
The event saw 10 highly skilled jobseekers practise their interview techniques, receive constructive feedback and hone their networking skills with our UGL professionals.
It was an excellent opportunity for our UGL professional to meet some incredible jobseekers with lots of different skills to offer.
UGL has previously held similar mock interview events at our other Sydney offices, with many of our employees signing up to become mentors.
