Through Leighton Asia’s Graduate Program, graduates are given the opportunity to gain hands-on experience beyond traditional project sites, including exposure to One Digital Construction Services (OneDCS) — Leighton Asia’s integrated digital construction hub.
As part of the program, Carlo Tan gained practical experience in digital engineering and data integration, while learning how digital solutions support collaboration and data-driven decision-making across project lifecycles.
What made you say yes to Leighton Asia Graduate Program?
Leighton Asia stood out to me for its strong focus on innovation, particularly through OneDCS. The program offered structured rotations across departments, providing early exposure to both the technical and digital aspects of engineering.
The program promotes continuous learning and professional growth, allowing me to take on new challenges, learn from experienced mentors and build a strong foundation for my long-term career.
How has your experience been so far?
My experience with OneDCS has been very rewarding and filled with valuable learning opportunities. Working on projects across different countries has exposed me to a variety of methodologies, standards and project requirements beyond those typically used in the Philippines. It was initially challenging but highly valuable.
I also value the supportive and collaborative workplace culture, where teamwork and professionalism are prioritised. It creates a positive environment for developing both technical skills and personal growth.
Describe Leighton Asia in three words
