In line with this, we recently held the safety leadership workshop ⛑️in the Philippines to focus on embedding safety practices that align with the latest industry standards. The workshop was led by Dean Cowley, General Manager of Safety, Health, Environment, Quality & Sustainability, and supported by Andries Ludik, Operations Manager and Chris Fogg , Senior Safety Manager.
Team members from various projects, OneDCS and head office participated in this training, sharing their experiences and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Safety is not just a priority but a shared value across all levels of our organization. This training is a powerful reminder that proactive leadership is key to creating a safe, productive and high-performing work environment.
