Our first batch of Malaysian Graduate Engineers (GEs) officially began their specialisation rotation with the OneDCS Digital Engineering team.
Five Graduate Engineers — two from our Johor Bahru project and three from our Cyberjaya project—are making an exciting shift from site-based roles to the dynamic world of digital engineering. With a year of hands-on field experience, this rotation provides them with a fresh strategic perspective and deeper insight into how technology is reshaping the future of construction and engineering.
