What inspired you to join the industry?
I enjoy the process of creating things from scratch, that’s why I studied for a civil engineering degree and worked my way to become a Design Manager. I feel passionate about my work which not only allows me to create things but also serves the community with what is created.
My work can be challenging as it requires a range of skill sets including communications, project management, budgeting and time management. I cooperate with many internal and external stakeholders including clients, government authorities, operation teams, site workers, labourers, subcontractors, and surveyors to enable smooth execution and deliver high quality projects.
