Hane Laena, a Site Engineer in our Indonesia team, was invited to share updates on our Women in Construction and Engineering (WOICE) initiatives during a Mass Toolbox Meeting.
Giving voice to our female colleagues, Hane shared our commitment to inclusion, highlighting that gender should never limit an individual’s potential to contribute and achieve success. In a dynamic industry like construction, collaboration and active involvement is a must for successful project delivery.
Through WOICE, we are raising awareness and continuing to support a safe and fair working environment for female team members, whether on site or in the office. We thank Hane for her efforts, and every team member for helping us achieve this important goal.
