CIMIC Group company Leighton Asia has been selected to construct the Aga Hall Estate, a high-rise residential project in Mumbai, India.
The contract will generate revenue of approximately A$150 million for Leighton Asia.
CIMIC Group Executive Chairman Juan Santamaria said: “Leighton Asia has more than 20 years of experience in delivering large-scale commercial and residential projects across India, which we are pleased to use to deliver these premium apartments in the heart of South Mumbai.”

Construction works comprise the delivery of two residential high-rise towers - 45-storey and 56-storey, including three basements and five podiums across a 4.5-acre site with a total built-up area of approximately 153,700 sqm.
Construction is scheduled to commence in January 2023 and complete in 2026.
