CPB Contractors is proud to mark a major milestone in the delivery of the Nepean Hospital Redevelopment Stage 2 project, with the building officially topping out following the concrete pour of the top floor.
This milestone represents the progress of a transformative redevelopment that will expand healthcare capacity and services for the growing Penrith and Blue Mountains communities.
As part of Stage 2, CPB Contractors is delivering:
- A new seven-storey clinical building housing state-of-the-art facilities including an Intensive Care Unit, medical imaging, nuclear medicine, renal dialysis, and a paediatric inpatient unit.
- The new building will also feature a striking three-storey atrium at the new hospital entrance, featuring the Aboriginal Mudyin (Family) Centre, retail amenities, and welcoming spaces for patients, staff, and visitors.
- External works such as a modern loading dock, landscaping, and sitewide infrastructure to support future growth.
Now that the top floor has been poured, works continue inside the building with fit-out progressing across all levels. The project remains on track for completion in late 2026, when the community will benefit from a world-class, integrated health facility built to meet both current and future needs.
At CPB Contractors, we are committed to delivering projects that make a lasting difference. The Nepean Redevelopment is a clear example of how our expertise in complex health builds is shaping better outcomes for communities.
