CPB Contractors has completed the final concrete pour for its delivery of the Sydney Metro Gadigal Station South over station development project, which will become Indi Sydney,– Sydney CBD’s first purpose-built Build to Rent tower.
A topping-out ceremony was held on-site to formally mark the completion of all pours on the 39-storey structure.
Camillo Masci, CPB Contractors Executive General Manager – Building, Broad and Defence said the ceremony was a way to recognise 13-months of outstanding construction work.
“Over 225,000 work hours have gone into bringing this project to life and the team has done a fantastic job navigating the complexities of a CBD project, particularly one constructed on top of the new Gadigal metro station,” explains Camillo.

The completed structure stands just over 110m high and required more than 9,200m³ of concrete, more than 1500T of reinforcement and 1000T of post-tensioning.
CPB Contractors is delivering this this project over Sydney Metro’s new Gadigal Station for developer Investa on behalf of the owner, Oxford Properties Group. The 39-storey building will include 234 BTR apartments that will include a wellness level with lap pool, sauna, gym, rooftop lounge with a kitchen and BBQ area and connections to retail space.
