Collaborative partnerships are essential to successful delivery and we’re committed to promoting a culture of continuous improvement in the way we engage with our supply chain and respond to feedback.
In Victoria, we work with more than 3,500 businesses across our supply chain, and we know from their feedback that aligned values, shared commitments, clearly defined objectives and streamlined processes are essential to our shared success.
Increased communication and feedback outside of our procurement processes was also highlighted in recent feedback as important, including transparency regarding decision making to help suppliers adapt and grow their business with us.
Michael Kalinowski, Executive General Manager of VIC, TAS & NZ, shared that as part of CPB Contractors business-as-usual operations, the feedback is assessed by multiple functions so that improvements can be made to project delivery frameworks and construction systems.
“It’s important that our trade partners have the opportunity to grow their businesses with CPB Contractors and feel supported to do that, which means the action we take in response to their feedback is essential,” said Michael.
CPB Contractors is proud to be working with Australia and New Zealand’s best to construct the future together.
