Waste reduction
The Broad Construction team was commended for their strong commitment to waste reduction. The project ensured all waste materials were appropriately separated off-site, with recyclable and landfill materials handled responsibly. On-site, the project team introduced additional recycling bins and encouraged workers to adhere to a "no foam or plastic cup" policy.
The Bethesda Clinic Stage 1, a five-storey Mental Health Clinic located in Perth's south, officially commenced patient services in March 2023. The extensive scope of Stage 1 works involved:
