Broad wins in Western Australia
During the course of July and August this year, we are pleased to confirm a number of contract awards for Broad in Western Australia, which span a variety of scope, size and capability requirements.
The projects include a full façade refurbishment of MBA WA’s head office building to modernise and revitalise the external aesthetics. The works will see our team follow a carefully staged program of works to minimise disruption to the existing tenants.
We’re working with our extended team of valued partners and subcontractors, people who form integral parts of our project operations as we get started on these projects.
A further project award includes upgrade works to the Quinns Mindarie Surf Life Saving Club facility to create a new Community Centre. Awarded by the City of Wanneroo, the additions to the centre will utilise the existing structure to increase the amenity by adding height by means of a second storey.
Around 35km north of Perth, our team has commenced upgrade works to Kinross College. The project includes the addition of a student services building to adjoin the existing administration building, the refurbishment of three teaching blocks, and an extension and refurbishment to the existing design and technology area of the school.
Other projects include a fit-out of Lotterywest’s new Head Office in Subiaco and transformation of the space in the prestigious West Centre building at 1260 Hay Street, West Perth.
