In an exciting week, senior executives from across the ACS Group companies participated in an Executive Leadership Program in Madrid.
The program, organized by ACS University in collaboration with IESE Business School from the University of Navarra (Spain) offered a deep dive into leadership and the strategies required for global corporations. IESE is ranked No. 2 in the world for executive education for managers and organizations, by the Financial Times.
Throughout the week, the participants engaged in a mix of instructor-led sessions and group activities with peers and leaders. The focus was on formulating and executing global strategies. One of the central themes was “One Group One Team,” which embodies our commitment to unity, collaboration and working together, regardless of geographical or operating company differences.
The experience began with executives living together in the IESE environment, exchanging knowledge and insights. IESE professors led classes on leadership topics, and workshops provided hands-on experience in applying these concepts to real-world business scenarios. Networking was also a focus, with relationships built during a teambuilding activity while exploring the city.
Cristina Aldamiz, Director of Sustainability for ACS Group, led a session in which she shared her vision for sustainability within the Group and discussed how integrating sustainable practices into our operations can unlock new opportunities.
A highlight of the program was an address from ACS Group CEO, Juan Santamaria, who provided his insights on leadership and how the Group’s strategic approach is shaping our future.
This leadership program, which spans over nine months, is designed to equip executives with the skills and knowledge to lead with vision and agility, ensuring our success in an increasingly globalized business world.
