Some 2024 ESG highlights include:
- ~82% of revenue aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- ~29 kt CO2-e reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions, a 13% decrease compared to 2023
- On track to reduce our Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 20% by 2025, from a 2019 base
- 147.6 million hours worked
- 93.1 average annual Safety Leadership Score, against a target of 85
- 93.6% repeat client rate
- 965,422 hours training delivered
- 27.5% of our Australian workforce are women
- $210 million spent with Indigenous suppliers in Australia, a 24% increase on 20231
- 92% of 25,524 direct suppliers we worked with in 2024 are local to our projects.
