Conrad Resort and Spa

Spread over 10 hectares on a very steep hillside on the southwest corner of Koh Samui, the Conrad Koh Samui is a six-star luxury development with unobstructed panoramic views of the Gulf of Thailand.

The waterfront project involved the construction and interior decoration of 65 hotel villas, 32 residential villas and four main public buildings as well as all necessary civil infrastructure.

Each of the villas, which have their own private 10-metre infinity pool in front, were elevated high above the ground on columns up to 20 metres tall, requiring more than 600 individually tailored footings to be excavated on the uneven ground.
