CPB Contractors has been confirmed as the builder of the first build-to-rent residential tower to be constructed in Sydney’s central business district, over Sydney Metro’s new Pitt Street Station.
The 39-storey building, with 234 build-to-rent apartments, will be retained by Oxford and Investa, who will offer the apartments to the rental market.
The tower is being built over the southern entrance to the Pitt Street Station.
Facilities include a wellness floor, rooftop terrace and connections to retail space.
Work is scheduled to be completed in 2023.
