Rick Oswald’s work ethic has not only impressed UGL, but also the customer of the project he’s working on.
Rick has spent the past two years at a site in Port Kembla in New South Wales providing train support.
On several occasions the client has provided positive feedback on Rick’s performance, saying he has become an integral part of their team.
The client says no issue is too small for Rick to fix and he’s a pleasure to work with.
Rick has been awarded the Very Best Award for customer service.
