Earlier this month UGL launched its first Stretch Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), and its fourth overall RAP.
UGL’s vision for reconciliation is to see communities united in a world that accepts and embraces cultural differences.
Sam Goldsmith, UGL’s Executive General Manager Services and RAP Chair said:
“This RAP amplifies the work which we’ve already started and makes a strong commitment to enhance our efforts and achievements into the future. As a Stretch RAP, we’re publicly holding ourselves to account on what we actually deliver not just relying on good intentions.”
We celebrated by officially launching our RAP at the UGL Regional Linx depot in Dubbo, the largest depot on the Country Regional Network.
“It was great to see UGL promoting and celebrating the national launch of its Stretch RAP in the regional centre of Dubbo as it demonstrates our commitment is strongly inclusive of all regional and remote communities. I’m proud of the work we’re doing out here in Dubbo and our high Indigenous participation rates which we continue to focus on increasing.
