177 Pacific Highway is a benchmark development in North Sydney, by Leighton Properties. The commercial leasing campaign and bespoke identity pay homage to the tower’s unique architecture and cantilevered design by Bates Smart.

As the lettable floors were the top 10 floors, art direction for the campaign took on a unique perspective. A ‘birds-eye’ view was applied for the creation of all visual assets, which aligned with the campaign’s lofty, positioning tagline, ‘set the benchmark higher’.
