The Hamilton Harbour and KSD mixed-use development in Brisbane inner-north transformed a once industrial area into a vibrant precinct overlooking the Brisbane River. Just 4.5 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD, Hamilton Harbour provides river precinct living in Brisbane’s prestigious suburb of Hamilton. Combining designer apartments with sophisticated retail and lifestyle amenity, this lively hub has become a destination in its own right.

177 Pacific
177 Pacific Highway is a benchmark development in North Sydney, by Leighton Properties. The commercial leasing campaign and bespoke identity pay homage to the tower’s unique architecture and cantilevered design by Bates Smart.
As the lettable floors were the top 10 floors, art direction for the campaign took on a unique perspective. A ‘birds-eye’ view was applied for the creation of all visual assets, which aligned with the campaign’s lofty, positioning tagline, ‘set the benchmark higher’.
567 Collins Street
CPB Contractors constructed its Victorian head office at 567 Collins Street from 2013 to 2015, delivering the largest, premium-grade commercial tower constructed in Melbourne since 1990 – a 26-level building with a nett lettable floor area of almost 55,000 square metres.
Located between Spencer and King Streets, the prime site is located in the heart of Melbourne’s legal, commercial, insurance, banking and finance precincts within 100 metres of Southern Cross Station and is central to the city’s three main activities districts – the CBD, Docklands and Southbank.
