Leighton Asia is delivering the Radius One Central Avenue project in Santacruz (West), Mumbai. The project is a premium residential development, in the heart of Mumbai, with a built-up area of 13,218 sqm.
The Alliance Contract includes two residential towers, comprising three common basements, ground floor and podium. One tower (New Sales building) has 16 residential storeys with 17 apartments (2–4 BHK) and 1 triplex apartment; one tower (New Rehab building) has 10 residential storeys with 18 apartments (2–5 BHK).
The current awarded scope comprises structural works, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing and low side MEP installations over a period of 16 months.
