Here what Harmony Week means to our people

Harmony Week, 15-21 March, celebrates cultural diversity, inclusivity, and respect. It is about a sense of belonging for everyone. Held every year in March, the day coincides with the United Nations International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination.

At Sedgman, we are committed to fostering an environment where “everyone belongs” and believe that everyone has the right to come to work as themselves in a safe and inclusive environment. As a global business operating across Australia, China, Canada, Chile and South Africa, our people come from carrying cultures and traditions. We recognise and respect the unique identities of our people and value the contributions they make to our business as a whole.

We have invited a few of our people to share what Harmony Week means to them. Check it out below.
