Virtual Builder

Virtual Builder is a new breed of planning and collaboration tool. Much like a flight simulator for construction, it uses real-time 3D technology to replicate the construction site and provides an immersive representation of the real-world state of a project.

This proprietary tool has been developed by EIC Activities, supported by CPB Contractors, integrating multiple AEC cloud-based technologies.

Tobe Maps

Tobe Maps takes design into the field. Developed by EIC Activities, in collaboration with CPB Contractors and Leighton Asia, the solution uses augmented reality technology to overlay a 3D digital design onto the real world.

The digital model remains anchored as team members walk around, using mobile phones or tablets to share the visualisation.
