- eliminate fatalities and disabling injuries and reduce all other injuries
- create a workplace that values diversity and is respectful and inclusive
- promote employee physical and mental wellbeing.
Our operating companies each drive significant health, safety and wellbeing programs designed to keep critical risks and behaviours front-of-mind. They also leverage data and shared experiences to identify priority areas for improvement and contribute measurably to safety and health advances in our industries.

Supporting our community
We are part of the community. Our local employment and participation programs are opening doors for people changing careers, making a new start, or who’ve faced barriers such as unemployment and skill gaps.
We have established our own training academies and programs, collaborating with industry bodies such as Engineers Australia, TAFE and universities to develop accelerated courses to upskill and cross-skill our people and trainees.
Our local procurement strategy is diversifying our supply chain and the people working alongside our business.
Our partnerships with community organisations such as Clontarf, CareerTrackers and CareerSeekers are providing new education and entry pathways for new team members and suppliers.
We continue to improve gender diversity. Today women represent approximately 30% of our Graduates. We are working towards women holding 20% of management and senior management positions by 2025 and striving for gender balance with our graduates and trainees.
And we invest in our local communities’ critical needs, recently contributing more than $1 million to support a range of community programs – including disaster relief.
